In this 90-minute workshop, you will learn how to:
1. communicate more effectively using reflective listening, empathy, and open-ended questions
2. communicate with mutual purpose and respect and make it safe to talk about anything
3. create and apply appropriate boundaries
4. uncover goals that you and your adult child can partner on
5. craft and implement a Partnership Agreement
6. refine the agreement
