NAMI Peer-to-Peer

NAMI Peer-to-Peer is a recovery education course open to anyone experiencing a mental health challenge. The course is designed to encourage growth, healing, and recovery among participants.

NAMI Family-to-Family

NAMI Family-to-Family is for families, partners, and friends of individuals with mental illness. The course is designed to facilitate a better understanding of mental illness, increase coping skills, and empower participants to become advocates for their family members. This program was designed as an evidence-based program by the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA).

When: The next NAMI Family to Family Class is scheduled for September 20 - November 8, 2022, 6:30 -8:30 p.m.

NAMI Family & Friends Seminar is a five-hour seminar offered quarterly to provide basic information and support for those with loved ones who have a mental health condition. Pre-registration is required. Call the NAMI office to register: (509) 453-8229.

NAMI Homefront

NAMI Homefront is an education program specifically for loved ones of military service members and veterans who experience symptoms of a mental health condition. Register at NAMI.ORG.

NAMI Trusted Adult Toolkit is designed for adults who primarily work with youth and would like to learn and develop the skills it takes to make a difference in their lives by being someone they can trust and lean on.

NAMI Ending the Silence is an engaging presentation that helps middle and high school aged youth learn about the warning signs of mental health conditions and what steps to take if you or a loved one are showing symptoms of a mental health condition.
