NAMI Smarts for Advocacy

NAMI Smarts for Advocacy is a hands-on advocacy training that helps people living with mental illness, friends and family transform their passion and lived experience into skillful grassroots advocacy. NAMI Smarts: Telling Your Story, is the foundation module and in this workshop we'll talk about why advocacy for mental health care is so important and the power of your story to influence others. Then, we'll guide you through writing your own powerful story in seven short steps.

The Telling Your Story workshop will be offered on the first Tuesday evening of October, November, and December!
