NAMI Yakima will start an in person Grief Group starting every Thursday weekly on Thursdays from 6pm-7:30pm. We will meet at our NAMI Yakima Office at 107 S. 6th st. Yakima WA 98901. Our new NAMI Yakima Grief group is led by our Intern Lydia Beinhauer, who is a graduate student pursuing a masters of Divinity with a focus in end of life spiritual care. This is for any one who is 18 or older. The focus will be providing a safe space to learn about grief, how to regulate our emotions and a space to talk about the journey to healing
