🎨 ART IN ANXIOUS TIMES - Free Community Event! 🎨
Join us for a healing and creative afternoon this Sunday, August 3rd from 3-5 PM at Englewood Christian Church (511 N. 44th Ave, Yakima, WA 98908).
In these challenging times, we're coming together to use art, yoga, music, and other creative outlets to:
- Express our emotions in healthy ways
- Elevate our voices as a community
- Help regulate our bodies from daily stress
- Connect with others who understand
This is a FREE event hosted by NAMI (National Alliance on Mental Illness) and ALL AGES are welcome! Whether you're an experienced artist or just looking for a supportive space to decompress, this outdoor event is designed for everyone.
