NAMI Family to Family Class

NAMI Family to Family is a free, evidence-based educational program designed specifically for family members, caregivers, and loved ones of individuals living with mental health conditions. This comprehensive 8-week course provides essential knowledge, practical skills, and emotional support to help families navigate the challenges of supporting someone with mental illness.

Course Details: NAMI Yakima is hosting this transformative 8-week class starting Tuesday, September 9th through October 28th. Classes meet weekly from 6:30 PM to 8:30 PM in a supportive, confidential environment led by trained family members who understand your experiences firsthand.

This program is completely free and open to all family members and caregivers, regardless of their loved one's specific diagnosis or treatment status. You'll join a community of people who truly understand what you're going through while gaining valuable tools to support both your loved one and yourself.
